An Oklahoma City mother is devastated after her son, who she hadn’t seen for more than a year because he was kidnapped by his father, was killed in a ‘brutal attack’ Thursday. Katrina DeBoard dropped the 2-year-old Dominic off for a visit with his Marine vet father, Derek Wells, at a home in North Carolina in May 2013.
