OAKLAND, Calif. — An elementary school teacher in Oakland has been placed on leave after reports that two students engaged in oral sex during class and others stripped off their clothing in separate incidents. The alleged incidents took place last week at Markham Elementary School but weren’t reported to school officials until Wednesday, KTVU is reporting.
