Father Arrested for Incest, Child Abuse

ALLEGANY, N.Y. – A man from Cattaraugus County has pleaded not guilty to sexually abusing a young child. Prosecutors say John Williams, 29, of Olean sexually abused a child under the age of 11 between March 2006 and November 2007 in the Town of Allegany. READ MORE HERE
