A baby-killer remains in jail after a judge denies him bond. 24-year-old Travis Fox of Springdale, Arkansas is accused of shaking to death two of his infant children during the past two years. According to KFSM, Fox admitted to drinking heavily both times the shaking incidents occurred and committing the crimes because the babies were “fussing.” READ MORE HERE
