Homeless Child Experiment Shocks the Nation
He Wanted To See Who’d Help This Homeless Child, And Was SHOCKED By What Happened Next.
YouTube filmmaker Yousef Erakat made the following video as a social experiment to see how many people would stop to help a child in need. In the video, Yousef tries to prove that although people say they wish they could help starving children in Third World Countries, the majority of people would not stop to help a starving child in their own neighborhood.
The video shows a young women holding up a sign in neighborhoods where it’s common to carry $10,000 purses and drive $100,000 cars. Only ONE man stopped to give the girl a dollar. What happens around 3:15 made me want to cry myself. An ACTUAL homeless man showed up in tears that the police stole his only friend, his dog. I pray that this man gets his animal back and that the people who watch this experiment remember that helping others can start in their very own hometowns.
