Los Angeles Teacher Charged with Molesting Children

LOS ANGELES — Another Los Angeles Unified School District teacher has been accused of sexually molesting children. Paul William Chapel, 50, of Chatsworth was a former third-grade teacher at Telfair Elementary School in Pacoima. He is in custody and charged with molesting four children, including at least one Telfair student. READ MORE HERE
