Man Accused of Abusing 3-MO Twin Baby Girls

SIERRA VISTA, AZ – A Sierra Vista man is in custody for alleged child abuse after his girlfriend’s 3-month-old twins were diagnosed with skull fractures. Cochise County Sheriff’s officials say 21-year-old Steven Michael Rothbauer is being held on a $150,000 bond. He doesn’t have an attorney yet.
