TULSA – A Tulsa man who court documents say sexually abused a young girl for nearly five years turned himself into authorities Thursday. According to court documents, Daniel Cortez-Lazcano abused the girl between 2007 and 2012. Court documents show the abuse began when the girl was 5 years old. READ MORE HERE
