LOS ANGELES — A prominent restaurateur is charged with attempted murder after allegedly poisoning his former girlfriend to cause her to miscarry their child. Joshua Woodward, 40, an investor in Los Angeles and Miami restaurants including the old Table 8, has pleaded not guilty to four counts of attempted murder in the 2009 case.
