Man Dangled Boy From Overpass

brown-250KENOSHA — 33-year-old Antonio Brown of Kenosha faces multiple felony charges for allegedly dangling a boy from an overpass. He’s also accused of forcing two boys to drink alcohol. Brown faces two counts each of physical abuse of a child and second-degree recklessly endangering safety. According to the criminal complaint, Brown had been out with his girlfriend at a Halloween party and returned to her Kenosha home around 1 a.m. on Sunday, October 27th.  The complaint says Brown, who police say was still wearing clown makeup from the party, told his girlfriend’s 13-year-old and eight-year-old boys that “he wanted to go for a walk on the train tracks.” They had apparently done this in the past — and the boys joined Brown.
