Mom Sues State After Custodial Father Savagely Beat Their Daughter To Death

Samantha Deal, 22, from Oklahoma, is suing the state for the death of her 5-year-old daughter, Serenity, who was beat to death by her father in June 2011. Deal lost custody of her daughter, after she was charged with molesting a 10-year-old boy. She pleaded no contest to charges of forcible oral sodomy on a child. READ MORE HERE
