Mother beat her son with an electrical cord

SURPRISE, AZ – A woman was arrested Thursday night for allegedly beating her son with an electrical cord in Surprise.
Officers responded to the area of Bell Road and Estrella Freeway around 10:45 p.m. after receiving a report of child abuse.
