The Boca Raton police department and Delray Beach fire rescue search the canal south of Linton Boulevard between Congress Avenue and 95 in Delray Beach, Florida, Thursday, March 3, 2011. They are searching the canals after two bodies of children were found in suitcases in the canals on Wednesday.

DELRAY BEACH, Fl. — Police are interviewing a suspect linked to the deaths of two children whose bodies were stuffed in luggage and found bobbing in a canal Wednesday. Detectives questioned Clem Beauchamp Thursday and stormed a house at his listed address, police said at a news conference. A distraught Beauchamp walked into the police department around 10 a.m. to talk to police. He waited in lobby, sitting with his head in his hands, rocking back and forth. Minutes later he followed detectives into another room.
