Escaped Child Predator Kevin Patrick Stoeser ~ $25,000.00 Reward! A national manhunt is now underway for a fugitive who escaped from an Austin, Texas half-way house in October 2013. Kevin Patrick Stoeser is a soldier turned child predator, and he’s now one of the 15 most wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service. Staff members of the halfway house confiscated an unauthorized smart phone from Stoeser Oct. 24, 2013. Staff members found approximately 26 images of underage children contained within the smart phone. Following the discovery, Stoeser immediately fled the halfway house through an emergency exit and has remained on the lam since.  Originally from Rapid City, South Dakota, Stoeser’s crimes began at Fort Hood. The 41-year old pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting at least three girls and spent several years in a military prison. He’s been released twice and both times immediately re-offended. Investigators say he meets his victims online or befriends women with children.

Stoeser is 5’9” tall, weighs 170 lbs, has brown hair and blue eyes. His appearance changes frequently but he has several tattoos (shown), including: “Kayla” intertwined with barbed wire on his left upper arm; “Khaos” and “Stoeser” on his chest; barbed wire designs on his right arm; and a naked female on his right calf.
