PHOENIX – Phoenix police charged a 24-year-old man with murder after a two-year-old child was pronounced dead Saturday night as a result of his abusive behavior, officials said.  Authorities responded to a report of a child not breathing around 9 p.m. near 83rd Avenue and Indian School Road, said Sgt. Steve Martos with the Phoenix Police Department. “It’s just sad,” said neighbor Brenda Witzman.  “I’m a mom of four myself.  I can’t understand why people would want to hurt an innocent child like that.” Fire personnel transported the two-year-old boy to a local hospital where medical staff declared the boy deceased, Martos said.

I cant understand it either why someone who do this to an innocent child.Children are gifts from god.As a mother of 5 children myself i cannot stand to hear about so called parents who do this to there children. They do not deserve to have children and should consider themselves lucky that they can have them at all.I know plenty of people out there who cant have children who would love to have them.
