Parents Wanted For Felony Child Abuse

7499454_GMOUNDS, Oklahoma – Authorities in Creek County are looking for a couple wanted for child abuse and neglect after finding a malnourished infant in cardiac arrest. Mounds Police say Cody and Amanda Haynes are wanted for felony child abuse by injury and four counts of child neglect. Cody Haynes could be armed and dangerous, a news bulletin states.
