Man Set Boy’s Underpants On Fire After Soliciting Him For Sex
A man accused of setting a teenager on fire in a Woodstock motel room has also been charged with trying to entice a juvenile at a Gwinnett County public swimming pool, Channel 2 Action News reports.  On June 16, Joseph Raymond Zoeck tried to entice a minor in the locker room of the West Gwinnett Aquatic Center on Peachtree Industrial Boulevard near Norcross, police said.
