Police Looking For Parolee Described as Habitual Sexual Offender

SOUTH PASADENA (KTLA) — Police are looking for a paroled sex offender who removed his GPPS locator and disappeared. Department is presently looking for a habitual sex offender who is a parolee-at-large. Stanley Morrow resides at the South Pasadena Convalescent Hospital located at 904 Mission Street in the City of South Pasadena. Morrow recently removed his GPS tracking device resulting in him being out of compliance and in violation of the terms and conditions of his parole. He is described as a 54 year-old male African-American, 5’9″ and 140 lbs., with a black/grey mustache. Morrow is listed as armed and dangerous.
