B.C. police appeal to possible child sex victims
Child pornography charges are stacking up against a man in B.C.’s Fraser Valley, and the RCMP say they are concerned there may be even more victims. James Osell, 43, was initially charged with offences relating to possession of child pornography after police in Chilliwack executed a search warrant and seized items from his home last April.
