MORENO VALLEY — A school board member from the Inland Empire already charged with attempted murder is facing 11 new felonies, including rape, pimping and pandering. 42-year-old Mike Luis Rios is a board member for the Moreno Valley Unified School District. He was arrested around 6 p.m. Wednesday when Moreno Valley police pulled him over outside his home on Palm Shadows Drive. READ MORE HERE
