Fourth-grader Ally Deon, from Saugus, Massachusetts fell and broke her arm in the Veteran’s Elementary School playground, but the school nurse didn’t think her condition was serious enough to call an ambulance.  The nurse instead placed a call to Ally’s mother, who arrived at the school to find her daughter screaming with her arm bent at an unnatural angle.
