2C2D61FB00000578-0-image-a-4_1441959032674A former youth counselor has been jailed for a decade for sexually abusing troubled boys in his care 25 years ago. Allan Keith Huggins, 68, was convicted after a trial in the West Australian District Court earlier this year found him guilty of 16 offences committed in 1990 and 1991. The Perth father-of-three was sentenced on Friday for the offences against boys aged 13 and 17, and some were wards of the state who had been in trouble with the law.
