Teen Raped & Killed 8-yr old Neighbor Child

It has been reported by several media outlets that a 16 year old boy was sentenced to 25-years in prison for raping and killing an eight year old neighbor.
Sam Young of Piedmont, SC plead guilty to manslaughter and criminal sexual conduct with a minor. Young had originally been charged in 2008 as an adult. Charges included kidnapping as well as murder and rape originally.
