THREE CHILDREN MURDERED BY TEEN BROTHER WITH A MACHETE
NORTH CAROLINA – A teen accused of killing three children with a machete faced a judge this afternoon in Craven County. Eh Lar Doh Htoo was charged with three counts of murder for the deaths of the 1, 5 and 12 year old brothers, while he is facing assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury for injuries to their mother. Htoo is a Burmese refugee, as were the victims. District Attorney Scott Thomas said the first appearance was delayed from this morning as they worked to get a translator that speaks the Karen dialect of Burmese.
