ORANGE COUNTY, Florida —A convicted sex offender who was on the run for six months has been arrested and booked into the Orange County Jail, according to authorities. Angel Rodriguez was the focus of a news conference earlier this month when deputies said he cut his GPS ankle monitor and went missing.
