RENO, NV — A woman was sentenced to 4-16 years for child abuse and neglect today, according to Washoe County Deputy District Attorney Elliott Sattler.  Tkeyah Jordan, 21, has been convicted of child abuse and neglect after her live-in boyfriend, Trevor Swanson, dislocated her toddler, Nalaya’s, shoulder and she did not take her to the doctor for fear they would be charged with child abuse.
