The tyrant sun claimed an innocent victim in Prince William County, VA. Forgotten by his mother, Karen Murphy, in a minivan for seven hours as she facilitated her veterinary practice, 2 yr. old Ryan Murphy succumbed to heatstroke in his carseat.
