During a 2009 child porn investigation, police stumbled upon 26-year-old Shawn Godfrey who was sharing child porn over the internet. After acquiring a search warrant, police entered the home of Godfrey’s parents where he lived and confiscated a computer in the basement, a computer Godfrey admitted was loaded with child porn.
