Mom, Grandma Accused of Pimping Out Young Girl
HOUSTON — Prosecutors say a 14-year-old girl’s mother and her grandmother have been charged with forcing the child to work as a prostitute.
Alicia Melchor, 33, and Elizabeth DeLeon Buford, 55, are behind bars in Harris County.
