Sex Offender Charged With Molestation Sentenced for Child Porn

SANTA ANA — A registered sex offender accused of molesting a 5-year-old boy in a public restroom in October was sentenced Monday to nine years in federal prison for possession of child pornography. Nicholas James Needham pleaded guilty in federal court in October to one felony count each of lewd acts on a child under 14.
