Substitute Teacher Charged with Criminal Sexual Conduct

MI — A Farmington Hills substitute teacher has been charged with criminal sexual conduct for an incident with a student under thirteen. Fifty-eight-year-old Andrew Howell was arrested Tuesday for an incident that happened during school hours at Hillside Elementary School in Farmington Hills school on March 19.
